Today, I’m grateful! November 12, 2020November 11, 2020 / Enobong O'wunmi / 1 Comment Photo by Luis Quintero on Pexels.com I got up today feeling fabulous. But there are seasons I wake up with burdens on my shoulder, yet, the Lord invites me to place them at His feet. Some days I wake up with a grievance, and God replies; “stay continually thankful.” Sometimes I fear if challenges will drown me, God reveals; “I’m with you always.” Ha! what of those moments I saunter away from Him. He patiently guides me back to Him. In lonely seasons when I’m most anxious. God holds my hands assuringly, “I’m your peace, rest in me.” My Heavenly Father reminds me that’s he’s my lot, my peace and joy. Today, I’m indebted to God. He sticks closer than a brother, refusing to leave or forsake me.
